Warranty

Eco Klever stands by the quality of all our products, offering a warranty against defects in material or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

To initiate a claim for a covered material or workmanship issue, proof of purchase is required. Once satisfactory evidence is provided, Eco Klever will promptly replace the damaged product or faulty component.

 

For claim submissions, kindly email hello@ecoklever.com with your claim details and include an image or video illustrating the issue.

 

Please be aware that Eco Klever cannot issue refunds for products purchased from retail stockists or websites other than www.ecoklever.com. Refund requests must be addressed through the original place of purchase.

 

For all international warranty claims (outside of Australia), the resolution process must be coordinated through the original place of purchase and is subject to the specific refund/replacement policy of the individual retailer.
