Returns & Refunds
If you happen to receive a product that's not quite right or seems faulty, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We genuinely want to make sure everything is perfect for you.
Now, when it comes to changing your mind about a purchase, we get it. Life happens! If you decide within 7 days of getting your order that it's not what you're after, we can sort out a refund for you. Just make sure the product is unused, still in its original packaging, and in that brand-spanking-new condition. Shoot our customer service team an email at hello@ecoklever.com, and let them know about your return. Don't forget to include your contact details and order number with the returned goods. Oh, and heads up, the refunded amount for change-of-mind returns won't cover the initial shipping cost, and sorry, but we can't process international returns.
Now, about shipping charges for returns – usually, it's on you unless, of course, it's our bad. We'll own up to that!
We take each claim individually, and for approved returns, we'll zip the refund right back to your original payment method. Quick note: we're all about refunds, not exchanges. So, if you fancy something else, we'll sort out the refund first, and then you can snag the new goodies with a fresh order.
Remember to make any claims within 7 days of receiving your order. And here's a heads up – we're only able to issue refunds for orders made directly on our website. If you bought your product from another store or site, reach out to them. The whole change-of-mind return thing depends on their policy, and they might ask for proof of purchase. It's one of those things.
