Dispatch Timeframe:

 

Typically, orders are processed and sent out within two business days. You'll receive a shipping notification via email on the day of dispatch. Please be aware that during sale periods, public holidays, and Christmas, order processing may take a bit longer.

 

Shipping within Australia:

 

Free standard delivery for orders exceeding $80.

Orders below $80 incur a flat rate of $8.

Shipped through Australia Post Parcel Post, including full tracking and signature on delivery.

The delivery timeframe varies from 1 to 9 business days, depending on your location in Australia. Our warehouse is located in Sydney. International:

 

We provide flat-rate shipping with full tracking, offering a more economical rate as you order more. The recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes in the destination country. Please familiarize yourself with customs requirements and import duty/tax thresholds in your country before placing an order. Currently, we only ship to select countries where reliable and timely deliveries are possible.

 

Shipping rates are as follows:

 

New Zealand: Free shipping for orders over $180; $15.00 AUD flat rate for orders under $180.

USA, Canada, Oceania, Asia: Flat rate of $25.00 AUD.

United Kingdom: Flat rate of $25.00 AUD.

UAE, Dubai: Flat rate of $25.00.

 

Terms and Conditions:

Please be aware that if an order is returned to the sender due to goods not being claimed within the courier's required timeframe or an incorrect address provided, two options are available:

 

  • Refund of the order amount minus the original shipping charge and return-to-sender fee.
  • Resending the order, with the customer covering the shipping charge prior to dispatch.

 

If an order is not delivered within the expected timeframe, we can initiate an investigation with the relevant carrier to locate the parcel. Please note that we cannot resend or refund the order until the investigation is complete and the parcel is either located or officially classified as lost.

 

If an 'authority to leave' is requested, Eco Klever cannot take responsibility for missing packages.

 

Please note that shipping addresses can only be updated until the order begins processing. Eco Klever cannot accommodate all address changes and is not liable for orders shipped to an invalid address.
